中央肯定早就知道危机即将爆发。也知道现在采取任何手段都用处不大，所以李克强高
调出台的本意是疏导危机的自贸区也只能虎头蛇尾。现在的当务之急是政治，不是经济
。具体说就是党还要不要执政的问题，甚至是党在危机爆发后能不能生存的问题。从这
个角度看习总书记的强力反腐就很容易理解了，这不是权力之争，而是最高层的共识。
我党的一贯政策就是从群众中来，到群众中去。从党的历史来看，我党的强项就是和群

就不拉弦引爆中国泡沫，生生憋死习总书记。中国地方财政有两个别名，土地财政和吃
饭财政。前者指钱的来源，后者指钱的去向。现在来源已经几乎断了，但养840万公务
员和数千万事业单位在职和退休人员的工资和医疗等支出仍然每天象流水一样花出去，
虽然说现在大部分走的都是地方政府的帐，但地方政府不但已普遍很难卖地，连借贷都
很困难了。经济危机如果不以显而易见的外部金融攻击的形式爆发，中央就没有理由搞
养老金并轨，也不能明目张胆的降公务员待遇。只能窒息而亡。此谓引而不发。不过，
我怀疑索罗斯很快就会“攻击”中国金融系统了，或者叫“被攻击”？ |
