发帖数: 1352 | 49 看上一个房子，下offer, 签contract，作inspection。过程中seller反复无常，搞得
我一脑门子火。
讨价还价的时候，由于seller故意隐瞒问题（seller disclosure上明确问是否有过
water damage，他们回答没有，结果被我查他们保险公司历史纪录发现1年半之前有
water damage claim，还赔了5000块），于是我们不肯加价，他们回信态度极其生硬。
我们就没当回事打算move on，结果他们第二天又接受了offer，还主动要求免费给更换
游泳池的liner。
于是签合同，作inspection，由于事先心里有底，所以找了很多inspector来查，连
septic system都掘地三尺给挖出来做了检查。结果还是比较满意的，房子本身很好，
维护也很好，基本没有什么大毛病。出于好意，没出报告我就通知了他们部分结果（比
如游泳池可能漏电，厨房可能有漏水），希望他们尽快解决（于他们于我们都是好事）
。没想到，当天晚上回信，说我们inspection时候把他们的抽屉都给打开了，还把东西

我没有拖过，每个月还清，然后又欠。
我查了些信息，贴这里，很长，有兴趣的人可以看看，基本确定这个就是骗子，还好他
问我SSN的时候我就什么都没有说了，不然估计就惨了
希望如果类似情况，大家能直接忽略那些垃圾邮件（那些邮件看着挺吓人和诱人）
