I cannot find anything wrong with the application. Here is what I plan to do
this is an application based on pending I-485 of spouse.
my wife's 485 was rejected with the reason: the underlining petition
indicated is ineligible. What could be the cause?
On form 485, Part 2, the selection is (b).
Here is the list of documents:
1. Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status with two (2) photos
2. Form G-325A, Biographic Information

如果是，那你spouse的case就是based on你的approved 140。
这个移民官都懂的吧，而且你都有结婚证的copy啊。

Froyo，目前运行正常，貌似反应速度比以前提高很多，值得庆贺。这个升级过程有点
tricky，让俺走了不少弯路，这里写出简要步骤，希望给其他同学有所帮助，节省走弯
路的时间。
话说自从8月份换新手机后，俺一直耐心等待三星和AT&T把2.1Enclair升级成2.2Froyo
，这些大忽悠从9月份以前就说要升级，直等到新年都过去一个月了还没任何动静。俺
一怒之下，干脆自己动手，彻底甩掉臃肿累赘的AT&T定制系统，刷成Cognition。这样
的好处主要有：
从2.1升级到2.2，系统代码效率提高、速度更快、更省电
直接获得Root权限
甩掉臃肿累赘又无用的ATT绑定app，节省空间和系统资源
可以安装非Android Market下载的app，比如从国内“机锋市场”下载的
升级步骤简略：
1、2.1版系统获取root。Captivate手机出厂自带系统是2.1 update1。从下面这个链接
