to be let loose? sometime too loose cause over swing at top, and flipping
at impact.
look at tiger's face when he swings. looks like he is beating shit out of
the ball for each full swing.
at lease keens, hips, shoulder are quite tense during swing to build up
tension for unwinding. |

unwind a little BEFORE setting the club at the stop.
但是这个顺序不好直接用 . 其实先不管打着不着， 就是你找到你最舒服发力的节奏，
一般就有用到扭矩了...
back swing 太慢直接导致身体失去扭矩，下杆时身体扭矩没了，就只好靠手使劲，怎

我有range driver 还可以， 但是first several tee 球都打不起来的经历。
最近打练多了些， 觉得对swing的体会好了些。LM 提供instant feedback, 其实我那
些 98-100 和107-110， 用力程度差不多。 区别我感觉是110 转身好一些，快一些，
有些利用ground reaction force 的意思。 昨天挥了很多杆， 身体并没有酸痛的感觉。
回想了一下我当时的打法:
from address to backswing， engage core to stable posture consciously
back swing, arm stretch & extend to lead shoulder turn.手有像橡皮被球杆拉出去的感觉。
transition: start lower body unwind a bit before finish back swing ,create more

在能reach的距离，fairway 宽度还很宽,一两个fairway bunker,，除非是OB，一般错
误可以在第二杆补回来。但第二杆一般是攻果岭的一杆，很多地形起伏，障碍物的设置
都围绕着这一杆设计，这杆没打好一般要+2杆才补回来。我觉得Pro也一样，所以精彩
镜头里up and down 的比例很高。
上下身 separation 的打法对timming 要求太高，我试了一下，如果我的knee和hip先
unwind，arm-shoulder unit can not catch therefore club face don't have
enough time to square at impact,always has little open, 但确实可以增加fade的
距离（故意open占位)，算是power fade？ 我还是打我的fullbody turn and release
at same time吧。体能差，没办法啊！ |

个雪季才正儿八经的报名上了3次课从最基础的开始学。差不多我的progress跟你还挺
同步的，你滑绿道的时候，我也差不多能自如的handle绿道，你自信心膨胀开始尝试难
点的蓝黑道的时候，我也开始上蓝绿混合道和简单的蓝道，看你上黑道了，我最近这两
次也基本上都在黑道上滑了。每次滑了后看你的日志，觉得感受跟你也很相似，呵呵
不知道你是看什么学的，我是下了血本买了套dvd，雪友上面高度推荐的那套。结果就
是，一个月前在蓝道上还很勉强，甚至还摔昏迷了一次。昏迷那次后两个星期不敢去滑
了，修养期间买的dvd寄到了，然后，两个星期后，现在基本上除了太陡的冰面或者
mogul的黑道，都能比较confident的滑了，蓝道上可以滑的很像模像样，下半身扭来扭
去的那种。
我对比自己现在的技术跟那些黑道滑的很漂亮的高手，觉得我自己现在需要练好的是下

stringer in terms of the pull from the arm.
The problem with the machine itself, if there's one, may be in the clamps.
Maybe the string slips when you clamp on it. Put your finger on the string
right next to the clamp when you unwind the arm, and feel if the string
slips a bit or not. |

半了，还是摸不着头脑；午餐时间读的《The unwinding: an inner history of the
new America》读了都快一年了，终于剩下几十页。加上之前买房卖房折腾得心力交瘁
，压力大得都没心情读书，荒废了很久。看来，读闲书也是需要心境的啊。
听npr fresh air的book review，推荐一本 by Patricia Park，
听上去是个与移民有关的故事，加上还有romance，想着也该轻松一下，就找来看了。
easy reading，四五天的空闲时间就看完了。读epilogue, 才发现原来作者以前是哈金在
boston university的研究生，这个世界还真是小啊。也难怪里面对移民文化冲突的处理
有点哈金的影子，只是深刻性还是不够。毕竟作者是第二代的韩裔年青人，从小在纽约
长大，英语是母语，置身在美国的通俗文化中，更是个局内人。而哈金（包括我们这代
