是一开始的1 billion注资的代价。Paulson说了，股东要先承担further losses。除非
很快能缓过来，不再需要注资，否则即使周一不被wipe out，早晚也会被wipe out。
第二，现在F2手里有1.56 trillion的portfolio。这个rescue plan要求他们在2009年
底之前不能超过1.7 trillion，然后每年要减少10%，一直减少到0.5 trillion。也就
是说，F2的规模（我不是说market cap啊）eventually会变成现在的三分之一。
所以我认为，就算近期有bounce，或是先暴跌再bounce，也是让领导先走的伎俩。
Bond现在是保住了，应该会涨。中国政府前一阵减持了很多F2的bond，看来是吃亏上当
了。
房贷利率长期来看应该会涨，因为2010年开始F2就要开始unwind，不能起到大量提供低
息贷款支持房市的作用了。以后就全靠银行的portfolio loan了。

低息 is the biggest factor. War in Iraq pales in comparison. 低息 drives
people to speculate like crazy and take on insane amount of debt. The end
result is a devastating bubble when the speculation starts to unwind. We
have seen back to back to back housing bubbles in US, Dubai and China,
which were all caused by the same irresponsible 低息 policies. |
