have acceptable living condition and have enough money for vacations. The

俄罗斯总理普京以近64%的较高支持率赢得2012年大选，俄正式宣布结果当日，中国国
家主席胡锦涛在出席了温家宝总理政府工作报告后，率先向普京发去贺电，德法等西方
领导人随后也发电祝贺。唯独白宫反应缄默，未发任何声明，美国务院也只是勉强发了
“书面声明”，避提普京，只称对俄罗斯人民表示祝贺，表示一旦投票结果得以确认，
当选总统（the president-elect）宣誓就职，美国期待与其(he)开展合作。目前看来
，白宫是否发贺电、何时发电，对普京来说都已无关痛痒。但对奥巴马来说，可以说是
既输了面子，又丢掉了里子。
