我说得那个是CBSSports Fantasy网站的玩法（虽然苛刻些，但我觉得似乎更好）。
Anyway, DFL正确的理解如下：
1. All unowned players will be placed on waivers at the start of the first
game for that week with the claim period ending at 11:59pm PT on Tuesday.
2. 价高者赢标。
3. 从周三凌晨12点到新一周第一场比赛开始前，FA pool is first-come first-serve
all-you-can-eat buffet.

发帖数: 2542 | 3 FA和Waiver规则对league的公平竞争甚为重要，身为commish，俺觉得有责任
在赛季正式开始前仔细解释一下。
1. 每周，从第一场比赛第1秒钟开始，所有的unowned球员都被全部放进waiver里。
你只能设置秘密竞标数额。然后在西部时间周二晚11:59pm揭晓。
2. 任何被drop的球员，自动进入waiver，时间为两天。两天后揭标。
比如你周三下午drop了赖昌星，那么周五晚11:59pm(PDT)揭标。
3. Waiver过期没人要的，都是FA。
4. Waiver之后，所有的FA球员都可以免费随意捡起。注意：这里的FA球员不包括
被drop后未满两天的球员。
5. 当天捡起又当天被drop的，不进入waiver，依然算FA。这为了防止某些神医
折腾市场，使无辜群众的正常生活受到影响。:-)

比如我在周五下午drop了LT2，那么按照waive，他应该两天后也就是周日晚11:59pm
available，但第一场比赛从周日上午开始，所有unowned球员都自动进waive，要到
周二晚11:59分才available。
大家怎么理解？ |

发帖数: 6117 | 5 yahoo的说明是太平洋时间12点ww结束，所有unowned的球员进fa，fa此时就开始了
之后四到八小时系统计算waiver claims，之后显示ww结果。
不过在ww结果前抓fa和之后抓fa没有啥区别啊 |
