例如我的说明书上是这么写的：
“Unleaded premium gasoline with an octane rating of at least 91 AKI (Anti-
Knock Index) number (Research octane number 96)
If unleaded premium gasoline is not available, unleaded regular gasoline
with an octane rating of at least 87 AKI (Research octane number 91) can be
used.
However, for maximum vehicle performance, the use of unleaded premium
gasoline is recommended.”
说明应该加91号以上的油，但是加87号的也可以。 |

从87号到89， 到93号， 往往是每一级加1毛钱
很多人从来只加最便宜的87号油，这未必是最合算的
首先大多数车用好油 mpg 高一些，具体多少，可以看网上讨论
大家关心的其实不是 mile per gallon , 其实是 mile per dollar!
你要算一算可能发现加 87和加 93号油的 mile per dollar 一样
如果 mile per dollar 一样， 为何不加好油呢？ 对发动机有很大好处
这个一般来说油价越高越应该加好油， 因为不同油的价差绝对值是固定的，也就是油
价越高， 相对差别越小，这样加好油就越合算

，先是换了4个Michelin的轮胎，应该是225/65R-16, discounttire当时没有适合的轮
胎，非建议我用235-60R-16，用instant $70 收买了我，从那时起就感觉声音比以前大
，找老刘（刘国良，Houston）试车，说轮胎
不合适，接地面是平的不是鼓的。开了3000迈，还是去discounttire换了Yo牌的合尺寸
的。原以为新轮胎声音就响，开开就会好。最近声音越来越响，和开拖拉机一样。
update:
1.刚刚加了93号(costco)，和costco买的清理油嘴的添加剂,因为油箱还剩1/4，不指望
有明显改善，实际上也没有改善

octane的含量不需要那么高, 所以85就可以了. |

把converter和前面的pipe切下来换了。几个礼拜后engine check
灯亮了。去修车铺查，说是0420 code，需要换后面的o2 sensor，
要价260刀。
回来后查了一下网上：
A code P0420 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
•Leaded fuel was used where unleaded was called for
•An oxygen sensor is not reading (functioning) properly
•The engine coolant temperature sensor is not working properly
•Damaged or leaking exhaust manifold / catalytic converter / exhaust

Just fill it up with unleaded gasoline.
My sister mixed 1/3 diesel with 2/3 gasoline.
The idle was rough for about 1/4 tank.
It run fine after I re-filed the 1/4 tank with gasoline.
This happened about 30,000 miles ago. |

的知识层次和感受
再次重申一遍， 有同学指出的read the fucking manual 是绝对正确的，但是有一点
要注意，你的手册只对应你自己的车。
有很多车手册上只推荐加87号油，对于这类同学，我的帖子绝对误导，你们不用理会
也有很多车写的是至少87号（ 应该是大多数地区的unleaded gas 的最低级别），for
better performance, premium gas is recommended，这类车子中以六缸居多， 加高
辛烷汽油能减少爆震，同时提高mpg， 一般不会增加积碳。 具体加89， 91 还是93的
好，长期效果如何， 请自己上网看你具体车型的讨论组。我自己的车子就是这样，我
一般加89或者91的，一直挺好。
我没有考虑到科罗拉多等山地州同学的具体情况，道歉
至于sams costoc 的油， 我对牛弹琴， 诸位开烤肉啦 细微可和四缸佳美雅阁的，只
要别加菜籽油，估计都没啥问题，那是神车， 从来不会有啥问题的。我多嘴了 |
