第一次购枪，看了看Federal和state的法律。Federal law比较清楚，有了Hunting
License非公民非绿卡就可以买枪拥枪。VA的法律比较模糊，似乎连手枪都是非法，跟

昨天太晚了，所以没来得及说。你在第一楼里写的：
“然而貌似这个“resident alien”的定义如下：
（不可买手枪的类型）Alien and is illegally or unlawfully in the U.S. (alien

在我看来这两句根本不是一个意思。 Alien and is illegally or unlawfully in the
U.S. 是指“在美国非法居留的人”——其中不应该包括持有效 h1和 f1 签证的人；
alien without permanent residence status 是指“没绿卡的人”。这两个概念是不
同的。我想你也很明白。
不用急着打官司吧。如果直接去申请让你心理不踏实，如果我是你，我会先试试跟警察
局的最高／相关官员联系，让他们澄清“resident alien”的定义，并且把你所有的研
究结果一起发给他们，指出其中自相矛盾的地方，让他们给出明确的解释。然后，根据

他们公款只能佩一把枪，爱好枪还得自己掏腰包。他用的是Glock 27, .40 的，枪柄小
到我都握不住，他的手比我大很多，枪小的好处当然是便于隐藏。子弹很牛比，是头部
凹陷的开花弹，他说你在外面是买不到的，打到人体上就是一个大窟窿。他推荐我买个
Glock 9mm的，理由是后坐力小，比较便宜。
他爱聊，我就请教了一些自卫常识。简单地说：
1．如果家里有人break in，不用先打911，警察肯定来不及救你。
2．你能做的就是拿起枪，先大声警告: Whoever get in my house, get out now! I
have a gun. I will shoot in 3 sec. 1, 2, 3. 然后就向地面或墙面开枪。
3．如果对方吓跑了，不要追击，不要再向背后开枪，即使他抢走了你的财物。
4．如果对方不退出，就可以开枪射击了，隔着dry wall 向敌人所在方位乱射也没问题
，自己要找好掩体。
5．在户外开枪警告时，不要朝天射击，因为子弹还会以同样速度掉下来，可能伤人。

Interview当天我们到的比较早，开始警卫不让进去，我说我们需要用厕所，因为开了2
个小时来的。他们就让我们进去了。然后妈妈在厕所里面换衣服，化妆。出来后我们就

1：尽管APPLE 讲他们向李女士发了违禁令，但李女士从没有从他们手中得到任何书面
材料；若是口头违禁令，在人员嘈杂的店里，不懂英文的李女士，又怎么听得懂呢？
APPLE店和警察自始至终没有找人翻译，还在李女士试图用手机上的翻译软件与他们交
流时试图拿走她的手机，还对记者讲她能听懂，态度何其恶劣！
2：李女士周二去APPLE店，只是去取已在网上交过钱订好的手机，这两个手机已是她的
个人财产，她有权利去店里取她的个人财产。（APPLE要了人家的钱，却不给人家东西
，到哪里都说不过去）。
3：APPLE店讲李女士周二在店中录像，但李女士是在排队时被推出店门并逮捕的，她那
天根本就没有机会录像。APPLE店为什么要撒谎？（店里的录像记录应该可以证明这一
点）
4： APPLE保安让李女士离开店里，李女士就在他的推搡下走出来店门。他还是要逮捕
她。逮捕的理由是什么？
5：保安是APPLE 店付钱顾的警察，这样拿APPLE钱的警察有没有权利逮捕并电击李女士？

大部分在美华人作为职业技术移民，却饱受等待绿卡的煎熬，最近华人在绿卡身份排期
上连吃暗亏。所谓爱哭的孩子有奶吃，自如果属于自己的正当权益都不去主动争取, 那
么最后也只有被别人任意欺凌的份了。希望我们这次能够做点什么，不管是签名，请愿

题发生了几次争论。房东在合同上写不允许在房间内安装任何锁。但是整个屋子（两间
卧室）就只有通向楼道的那扇门上有锁，卧室里没有。
