易成功以后银行会返回一个他们的unique confirmation ID. 有这两个ID就保证收到了
钱。
现在如果只有我们自己的ID，没有conf ID，我们可以通过查询银行来得知是否收到了
钱。
下面的问题是，我们的这个unique ID如何生成？
1. 每笔交易每次计算的都生成一个不同的UUID
2. 每个用户每天的交易生成同样的unique ID
我个人倾向第二种方法，因为这样直接能够避免一部分的racing condition(一部分是
因为无法避免两个线程同时提交的情况)

就知
道是不是unique了，哪里需要set或者hash table？
两个index从0开始loop两个sorted array，谁指的小，current value就是小的那个，
谁指的小，谁的index往前移。
然后看current value是不是大于unique array里最后一个，大的话，就加进去;
如果等于unique array里最后一个，再比是不是等于duplicate array里最后一个，大
的话就加到duplicate array里，等于的话就ignore。 |

根据自己的时间和兴趣，要想每个景点看一遍，至少要在里面玩三天。大部分旅行社的

Primary key is a table constraint, it means Unique and NOT NULL.
alter table T add primary key (id); will create a primary key on id column,
in the meantime, it will also creat a uniq index on that id column.
You can create a unique index for id column on table T as below:

However, unique index column can be NULL.
