刚把海胆收拾完. 头一次拿着整个海胆在手. 收拾还是满容易的, 三四个后就学会了.
吃了几片SASHIMI, 没有加WASABI. 感觉和SUSHI上的UNI的味道不太一样. 有一种香味,
不是食物的香.
也可能SUSHI上的UNI也有这香味只不过被米和WASABI盖住了.
另外, 比较AMAZING的是买的每一个海胆内都有卵. 不知是怎么分别海胆公母.

without having to worry about knots or swivels going thru the rod guides.

织线。n年了，我发现我几乎很少用到双股编织线打结。
surf，就是学院经典的中间接个8字环。其他情况都是double uni对接。double uni很
可靠，缺点就是knot比较大和长。解决办法是减少打结时mono的圈数。poof当年的作法
是把两种knot组合一下自创了一个接法，形成的knot是一个球不是长条形状，通过
guide阻力小。我当年绑着这个knot上了montauk，老鲨鱼说你这是啥knot啊，一剪子就
给剪了，然后手把手教我学院8字环leader作法。
其实我觉得knot强度到一定程度就够了，关键还是减少损伤和控鱼。 |

教风格不够硬朗，临场应变也很差. 弱队打强队基本就是靠三分，罚球准和耗时间. KU
居然跟着对方的节奏让人牵着走. 板凳那么厚，直接全场紧逼压迫疯狗式防守然后快攻
UNI肯定招架不住，反正有人轮转也不怕犯规. 他用人也有问题，2个白人是很好的替补
，难当重任.
车扣篮,全场起立鼓掌了2分钟,直到被换下场.KU的篮球环境,传统和校园吸引顶尖高中

定了圣诞的。去年的deal 还要好，还送两张buffet tickets, 但因为打电话的晚，等
到决定要去的时候，我要定的时间都没有了。今年想即使到时去不了，也有48 hours
可以cancel.
话说一星期之前因为工作原因还没有敲定是不是去，等最终成行的时候，走当天才打包
。 因为走得晚，就赶上traffic， 到Vegas 的时候都已经晚上8,9点。选了strip 一边
的，景色确实不错，但是beach club的music 也很loud, 一直不知道到凌晨几点才停。
到是也没有受太大影响。
去了那家大家都推荐的Sushi店。确实不错。在LA 不会是这个价钱。 虽然去得是中午
， 因为想吃sweet shrimp 和uni就付了晚饭的钱，决定挺值的。
Wynn 的buffet 觉得没有什么意思。 还不如Cruise 上的。那个传说中的crab 象刚从
