”一词。KJV翻译成EVIL， NKJV和NASB翻译成“calamity”NIV翻译成“disaster”.
根据下面的参考文献，这个词的含义很丰富，除了有“EVIL”的意思之外，还有其他方
面的意思。
在诸多意义中，一个比较符合以赛亚书45：7的意思是“灾难/不幸/逆境”，这和之前
的“PEACE”形成对比，就如上半节，光与暗形成对比一样。这样理解比较符合上下文。
根据解经文献来看，大体有两种解释，第一，这个词在这里是指“灾难”。第二，这个
词在这里指“EVIL OF PUNISHMENT”。而这两种定义不矛盾，结合更大的上下文背景看
，灾难可以作为神对亚述的PUNISHMENT。

Conversion can only happen under sustained and real threat on their life.
Meaning, whoever doesn't convert will be killed, possibly along with his/her
family. If this policy can be sustained for over 100 years, you can
probably eradicate the undesired religions.
However, there are too many bleeding heart "human right" activist, and
myopic opportunists for that to happen on a global scale. |
