做microarray．
1.液氮研磨：RNA quality好，可以做microarray，但是麻烦和太慢（原因你应该知道

Trizol in ice bucket with ice, although my tissue was thin and tiny.

case了呢？我来抛砖引玉好了。
从今天开始，每星期我会上一个case。 周一history, 周二physical， 周三initial
labs/work up, 周四additional work-up, 周五final diagnosis. 欢迎大家跟贴讨论
。这些case基本上是面向内科resident的。不过attending们也可以复习一下哈。如果
受欢迎的话我会一直贴下去。废话到此为止。 先上第一个case试试反响如何。

years ago. She has been experiencing low degree of fever every summer time.
This year is particularly bad, the fever has lasted more than a month. She
has been to several top hospitals in Beijing. None of them can diagnose the
cause of the fever. Btw, my aunt has diabetic.
Have any of you seen such case before?
Are there any national database for unexplained fever? |
