來台讀大學的土耳其男子王凱傑，被控前年涉企圖性侵一位女大生，並被查出個人電腦
與手機存有29段自拍性愛影片，涉嫌偷拍。王男否認所有指控，一審被依強制性交未遂
罪判刑1年10月。全案上訴後，高等法院合議庭認為被害人說詞有疑點且王男通過測謊
，今上午改判王男無罪，還可上訴。
高院合議庭審理認為，被害人指述有些疑點，例如被害人身穿牛仔長褲，自稱與王男拉
扯反抗，數度被王男扯下內外褲到膝蓋又奮力穿上，但女方就醫詳嘧C明顯示全身毫無
外傷，女方還說不確定內褲有無被脫下，不合常理。此外，女方起初指稱遭王男在客廳
沙發企圖性侵，又改稱遭王男強拉進房間被壓在床上，雖然當時情況緊急、情緒慌亂，
仍不至於會記錯地點。

他喜欢那些军事方面，自然科学之类的，总说fiction的是faked，
但像captain underpants，wimpy kids,甚至fairy tales 等等， 他也读了呀，
没过脑子，加上家长没有引导可能也是原因，
所以想找找帮孩子写作的书或杂志，
不是说天下文章一大抄吗，
看同龄孩子写的可能有启发。

发帖数: 1129 | 50 你儿子的想象力挺好的。让2年级的孩子creative writing,是勉为其难。你说得没错，
要想文章写得好，必须从模仿好文开始。一是多读，二是多听（没错，听书AUDIO
BOOKS）。
关键是得选好书。captain underpants，wimpy kids 之类的书，我儿子也爱看，可是
说实话，都属于没什么“营养”的快餐书。真正能帮助提高词汇量，提高语言能力的是
那些经过时间考验的经典。可以从AWARD-WINNING 的书看起，Caldecott Medal
Winners 和Newbery Medal Winners 都很好。即使是爱看SCIENCE， MILITARY 之类的
男孩（包括我儿子）也会喜欢。
