之后她男友挺仗义的，飞过去两个人登记结婚，重新给申请了J2签证。也签下来了。也

录。

485sr过了一个半月终于有结果了，打tier 2说是under review。。。一年马上就到了
，体检今天已经过期了。。。

1. FBI fingerprints and name checks are valid
2. File was requested = case has been pulled
3. Transfer to I-485 adjudication center
3a. Currently in-transit to an adjudication officer for review
3b. Currently in-transit back to the adjudication officer for futher review
(if pre-adjudicated)
4. If 3a, awaiting assignment to an officer = In line to be assigned to an
officer

今天去了infopass,说name check都已经clear,case 在11月23日under officer review
.因为之前交的EB1b被deny了，所以就问了一下之前的case会不会有所影响，被告知不
会，但他也不知道什么时候能approve,居然告诉我1-12年。我都听傻了，说网站上不是
4 months么，又被告知说网上不准，唉，我也没有办法。
上来问问大家，我还需不需要再做一次SR呢？谢谢! |

We had the similar experience... Our PD is 5/1/06. and we went to info Pass.
..we were told the exact same thing!!!
BUT the INFO PASS officer strongly suggested us to do SR...
We came back and filed SR..after one month also, we received a letter from
USCIS dated 10/4/10 (even we filed SR about 30 days ago!!) claiming our
cases are under review and it will make decisions within 60 days!
By end of last week, that "60 days" period ended and nothing happened.

1. 排期到了,还在库里没拿出来,就是being pre-adjudicated， 等价于 in line to
wait for review = pending review
2. 库里被哪个i/o拿出来了， 放在他的桌上，就是been assigned to an immigration

pd 2012.2, rd 2014/3 nsc, 4月初递交了ead renew 申请，但是没有任何动静。
5/1 凌晨根据yoyo大侠的模版和版花的eb2eb3 transfer建议发了三份sr，又追加了一
封email attach 了485 receipt,
因为sr上只能写很少的内容。当天就收到回复，不过只发给了ld的信箱。副申请人没收
到，回复中也没提副申请人：

这个说明已经relink回eb2了吗？我现在需要找议员吗或律师催绿？

只要ＵＳＣＩＳ回复Under Review或者Assigned，他们也没有办法了，还特别告诉我说
