unction. 如果你说1：1， false positive and false negative 对我来说都一样，那
么就完全可以像你说的那样来测试。
但是如果说想看看这人到底会不会诊断，你得和别的诊断方法来比较，单纯数字是没有
意义的。比如，他能正确率95％，你作为control 的方法，都猜negative 正确率也是9
5％，那么他的方法就是没用的。

unction pointer。function pointer除了用来callback，还可以用来干别的，比如多态
在不少语言里就是通过function pointer实现的，比如C++里的virtual function本质上
就是function pointer，C虽然不直接支持多态，但是用function pointer可以模拟。 |

I have only used gradient based method for simpler problems before. For as
many as 3X8 = 24 parameters, should the gradient method works well if I just
use a matlab unction fminunc?
Or, should I estimate A & B separately?
