去除了裙边，更适合。这次backrib促销，就用backrib做了。
第二步 冲洗，去除背面的膜，沥水，后擦干
第三部 准备RUB，我常用这个，简单，效果也不错，盐:黑胡椒：paprika：白糖：红糖
=1:1:1:5:5
第四部 抹rub，抹完，肉肉非常性感，我喜欢腌过夜
第五步 起火，喜欢用 chimney starter,塞两团纸即可。
第六步 没有smoker，就用经典的weber one touch gold 22.5寸代替，左边一滩水，右
边一滩煤球。一滩水的
作用防止肉过干，铝盘还能接住滴下来的油脂。
第七步 架肉在水盘上方，1-2块肉直接放上去即可，离火6寸多。肉多的，不要直接叠
在一起，专业的用rib rack，廉价解决方案，弄成肉卷，缺点是做完了是弯的。低温长
时间熏烤，上下通风口留一条缝即可。密封不好的烤炉可以把通风口关掉。
第八步 控温，250-275F 为理想温度，如果有无线温度计，会更便捷监视温度，一边灌

i believe my opinion here won't be echoed by many people, as I am 1) not
famous 2) not often giving any prediction about the market. The very reason
i wrote this post is because I wanna set a record for myself, and also test
another system which i don't want to uncover.
