如果你邮寄了，EBAY POLICY你也明白，风险你要自己承担。。 像那个买家那么做的，
都是美国人认为是买家的权利。。哪个大点的商家，没有碰到，买家开箱了，还要退货
，而且要求全款退货的？
做生意，这都要考虑到的。 你在EBAY摆摊， 美国人的做法，你也应该知道。 你可以
有你的权利BLOCK人家，但是人家要行使买家的权利，有纠纷，你们就在EBAY的规定下
争取自己的利益。我感觉很正常。 当然如果是EVIL， 那没啥说的，EVIL的肯定不对。
如果，人家只是争取在EBAY的POLICY的范围里买家的权利，你可以不爽，选择BLOCK他
，那是你权力。 EBAY POLICY，该退你RESTOCK FEE，他DISPUTE也没有用。 出现这种
让你损失RESTOCK FEE，我感觉，你不该埋怨买家，你不能埋怨买家使用了BUYER
PROTECTION 权利， 你应该埋怨EBAY才对。

首先UNCONFIRMED地址，出现问题的可能性大。 特别是骗子， PAYPAL帐号被盗，都是
麻烦，一旦发生，你可能麻烦。 说不定你要受不要的损失。
还有正如LZ的CASE， 如果东西便宜还好。 如果东西贵， DROP SHIP，你就没法降低纠
纷率。 如果地址CONFIRMED，你看BUYER 的FEEDBACK和以往的交易，你就知道，这个买
家靠谱不靠谱。 不靠谱，就不邮寄。 你邮寄到UNCONFRIMED的地址，你就没法判断，
收到这个交易靠谱不靠谱。。
你说有没有关系。 当然，你生意大，放开了卖，不考虑这个，长江水后浪推前浪，我
承认我落伍了。但出了问题，就不要埋怨啊，这问题出了，肯定要出的，迟早和多少的
区别。 |
