4) Switch out devices and change ISP's
Also do not link your new email address to your facebook account as Amazon
seems to have done some mapping of the facebook social graph. As I'm seeing
notifications that facebook friends of mine have reviewed a product.

putting ads is very important. I know some websites have CPM between 50 and
100. Google won't block you simply because you have more than 1% click
through.
BTW, do not cheat on google, if found they will block your account. It is
hard to find ads program that is better than Adsense. I have tried more than
10 programs. Perform way worse than Adsense. Once google blocked you, more
than 95% of the chance you won't be unban |
