今天带着孩子出门买东西，他不愿下车，我想估计我也就进去一刻钟，而且天气不热不
冷，所以就给他（5岁）一个酸奶，自己下去买东西了。哪知结帐队伍很长，半个小时
才出来。一个中年美国妇女守在我车后说她报警了。警察来了，要了我的证件，告诉我
：这是against law的，让我先回家，检察官会charge我，还有保护小孩的机构的人会
来我家。
现在怎么办？？？
检察官的起诉是criminal case吗？ 会导致criminal history 并吊销绿卡吗？ 怎么做
能把损失降到最低？
怎么对付来我家的人？ 他们要看什么、调查什么？ 会不会把孩子带走？ 怎么说不会
惹麻烦？ |

停在我车后了。给了我一张上庭的传票 ：unattended vehicle running。事发地在NYC
。当时警察跟我说没关系，一般上庭后最多罚25刀，但回家后上网一查好像是130的罚
款+88的surcharge。
请问大家有没有过类似的经历啊？有什么上庭辩解的办法吗？这事儿对将来移民申请会
有影响吗？需要找个交通律师吗？ 在此先谢谢大家了。 |

厅有的争么？说车子unattended 5分钟以上，但是车子一直在我的视线内。
checkin在building外面的马路上。我停车把行李卸在路边便道上，然后分三趟把行李
搬到checkin。checkin距离我停车地方大概30米左右，需要过一条马路。
老婆带着孩子站在checkin和车子两点的中间，既能看到行李箱，也能看到车子，而且
哪边有事情都能最快反应。最后一趟，我们全家人过去，把他们安顿好了我就返回车子。
往回走的时候警察过来抄牌，我上车想走，被拦住。他说“not that easy”还说他一
直看着我的车子，已经"unattended more than 5 min"。
我知道这里不让停车，所以车子一直在家人的视线内。警察明明才过来，却说
unattended超过5分钟。是真的很不服气，觉得被警察算计了。
有两个问题，上厅赢得概率大么？上厅需要花多少时间？为了50刀上厅觉得有点不值当
，但如果赢的概率大，而且花时间不多的话，我就打算上厅了。

过了一个小时我回给他，让他找我保险公司claim损失
结果这孙子好像还报警了，警察电话里问完后反问我为什么不叫警察，我说我留条还需

southwest的checkin在马路上，所以我只是过了马路。车子就没有离开过我的视线，而
且过程中大部分时间老婆孩子都站在车很近的地方。
就是unattended 和 unloading的界限不清楚。
那位能帮忙给个unattended的官方定义？自己没有查到，网上搜索发现有一个哥们站在
