problem keeping unaltered dogs. They can find boarding places and dog parks
that accept unaltered dogs. But unfortunately most of these dog owners can't.

said okay.
Well, when you meant that he's slow, did you expect him to post mail it to
you? It is unnecessary. You can ask him to print out the letter, sign it,
scan it, and then email you the scanned copy. That is enough.
Other acceptable forms include the converted pdf with a digital signature,
or converted pdf with a figure of his signature.
As long as the letters are from the references unaltered, they are valid and

如果已经有了婚姻证（非美国结婚），出生证（非美国出生），那要办的都是婚姻证公
证or出生证公证。
这些很容易呀，自己把这些中文证件翻译好后，在这里找个同事朋友懂中英双语的，让
他检查校对修改（当然他要愿意帮你翻译就更好了），然后就在翻译件旁边附上一段话
，I (他名字)，fully understand 中英文诸如此类，certify that this is a true,
exact, and unaltered translation of the original doc.如有疑问请联系xx（给你
公证的同事朋友），然后签他大名联系方式。记住，他公证的内容只需证明翻译件准确
无误，而不是帮你公证你这个结婚证的真伪。银行都不用去。
“我和老公没有医学出生证，所以用村委开的出生证明信办理的出生公证就通过了”这
个是对的，没有出生证就只能办出生公证了。我记得这个要求必须是本人到现场的，可
能有地方管得不严。
至于你儿子的，我猜他肯定是有国内出生证的吧，这样他办的就是出生证公证。就是我
说的上面那个了。

copy。问了好多银行，都说不能公证photocopy，只能公证签名之类的东西。能不能我
自己写一张纸，上面写"I declare this is a true, exact and unaltered photocopy
of xxxxxx"，然后在旁边签名，由他们公证我的签名？问了银行的人，他们说他们可
以公正这样的签名，但是关键不知道瑞士领事馆是否认可这就是notarized copy了？有
没有人这样干过？
另外，谁知道什么地方可以公证photocopy吗？就是证明photocopy跟原件内容完全一样
。问了几家银行和UPS，虽然都有notary service，但是都不公证photocopy。 |

the fact that the architect is 64-bit. Opteron itself is faster than
Athlon MP (e.g. bigger L2 cache), and of course speed results from
many factors, e.g. memory bandwidth...
Typical Monta Carlo simulation uses floating point computation and has
a relative small memory footprint. I would say converting your code
from 32-bit to 64-bit won't make a big difference.
