Child Tax Credit, or 15% of your earned income that is more than $3,000. Tax
-exempt combat pay counts as earned income for calculating the Additional
Child Tax Credit.
这个credit 取决于你们去年报税填在line 7是多少额度。如果你们都填了0，那么根据
上面IRS的规定，15% of your earned income=0，你们能难道的Additional Child Tax

1. ８８２９的deduction 是subject to business income的，如果２０１２年做的是
loss, 很多项目包括depreciation of home, repair, utilities, insurance都只能
carryover(unallowed expenses);所以可以考虑prorated 以后直接加到schedule C里
做deduction;
2. 4562的depreciation 对今年刚买新车，有business income的同学非常有利，ＩＲ
Ｓ提高了２０１２年section 179 deductible limit， 根据使用情况的percentage来
计算，最高可到$11,600;
3. 2555计算exclusion后的tax不能使用regular tax table, 必须使用instruction自
带的worksheet, 否则差额会很多，很有可能会被audit;
