a few months of training before LT100. Having done ultras previously makes
a huge difference. If your body has never gone under that kind of stress,

others could. Though Kilian is an ultra runner, it is said that he can run 2
miles in 8:50 in a midst of a high mileage week. His power and range is
unmatched by other ultra runners. The pace he runs up the mountains would

like in Marathon, to set a PR.
Of course, I am talking about very rookie type. If I ever run an ultra at LT
or WS level, it would be my once in a lifetime trial.
So in comparison, finishing a 100m ultra, vs sub 3 hour marathon, the first
seems more likely to achieve.

这个比赛是第2个为准备Western States 100的training race, 本来
是想报3月底的old goats 50迈的，没想到这比赛很快就报满了，后来想想
也不是坏事，这个old goats很难，12000ft爬升，估计跑完到波马前都恢复不过来..
然后就报了这个Bandit Ultra Run 50K, 在洛杉矶北面一点点，不算很远，
而且是早上直接check in,就不用住宿了，比较方便。这个比赛爬坡比上次
Avalon Benefit 50迈要陡一点，总Elevation Gain 6000ft左右，算起来
可能接近WS100(18000ft,160KM)的平均坡度了, 我的garmin 310XT数据：

在Arizona，我说是的，就是那个J.J (晚上回来后才意识到J该念H）。

后来无意中又碰到人签名，我说这不是那个Ultra marathon man么，
