现在看上了两个coop
一个在rego park，比较大，算是个deal，比市场价低1-2万，物业费较高，房子比较破
，地板，厕所都要重新装修。
另一个在jackson height，稍微小一点，装修的比较漂亮，可以直接住，比市场价稍高
，物业费很便宜。
主要是现在很忙，如果选择rego park，担心装修很费时间，很费钱。
而jackson height又觉得社区不太好。
ps. 宝宝还很小。
请问大家有什么看法，应该选择哪一个，非常感谢。

租房1600，两室一厅包ultility，步行15分钟到地铁站，手机80税后，网络50税后，没
有电视，每周超市花费100-200，包括买菜零食和一些基本生活品，小孩每月100-200包
括奶粉尿布新衣服。
很少出去吃，很少买衣服，很少买电器，尽量避免奢侈开销，日子过得不算太节省也不
算太烧包。
房子就在craiglist上找吧。没来就租方式很讨厌的。如果有可能，阻隔短时间的，然
后来了再找最好了。NIH附近房价都不便宜，特别是metro沿线的。 |

合刚到DC工作，或处于买房，上学，转型期的朋友短期租用。

心里不忍，很快把多多带回家，给她套上HARNESS 就出门了。一路她很兴奋，到处嗅嗅
闻闻，尾巴摆得也欢。 后面来了一个skateboarding teenager, 我赶紧蹲下来摸她的
头安抚她，以为没事了。 可teenager 速度好快，经过我们的时候咪咪突然挣脱leash
飞快地奔向旁边的树从，小青年说了一声对不起滑走了。 老妈我一下楞了，下意识回
了一句it's ok, 赶快去追咪咪，可已不见猫影了。 找了五分钟， 没找到。天又黑下
来了， 赶紧回家找flashlight, headlight. 头上戴上headlight, 手里拿着
flashlight, 还戴上腰包， 装着ultility knife (她还带着harness and leash). 又
回到那片bushes, 用手扒拉bushes 叫着她的名字。 找了大概半小时， 一边找一边
pray, 脑子翻江倒海， 如果找不道明天该乍办，如何向她爸交代， 咪咪好命苦等等（
她是一岁不到被遗弃的）。

发帖数: 11847 | 27 中午出去吃饭转店，刚下高速见一小伙带着个狗在要饭。 俺停下等green light 的时
候人家已经开始收摊准备走人了，这才细看小伙子不大但个挺高，狗狗就用一个
ultility 用的绳子脖子上打个结牵着。人狗都瘦，看上去也都不干净，小伙收包的时
候狗狗不停地摆尾巴，该是高兴终于可以收摊走人狗了。俺第一反应就是想起车里放了
一个猫罐头 （原是预备着碰见流浪猫用的）可以给狗吃，可是人坐在驾驶座上够不着
罐头，遗憾想着算了，后来想包里应该还有点零钱，趁灯还没变，干紧掏包，就剩10块
钱了。掏出来叫了一声，小伙回头万分高兴地收了，连连道谢加祝福，这下更看清了就
一小嫩孩。正好灯也变了该走车了，回头只遗憾那个wellness 的猫罐头没放手边，还
遗憾忘了叮嘱那小伙别忘了给狗狗弄点吃的。
也赞自己流浪街头还对狗不离不弃，又想刚刚在costco买的手表退回去够他们两吃几星
期的了，还有家里两个天天剩罐头下来，有时连吹吹都不稀罕了 :(

Checked again with WD ultility, no error. But still problem after XP
installation. I've tried different XP disks too.
Now, I installed a IDE HD and installed XP from it. Seems fine so far except
phenom 8650 only shows up as 1.2GHz now...
Interestingly, Ubuntu installs just fine on either disk and recognize all
hardware correctly. |

发帖数: 245 | 31 去了趟加州的燃料电池合作中心，发现聚合物电堆已经宣布能够run１００００小时，
燃料电池车气耗和里程也非常接近普通车了，价格上也不远。sofc的天然气发动站也开
始到处试点。对于锂电池，车用离实际大规模应用也没有想象那么远。太阳能也不光是
光付啊。只是有一点，对于phd,光做个小课题可能已经不够，没有实际工艺和应用经验
恐怕还是比较难。co2 capture, ultilization现在正是热门课题吧，还有天然气的直
接应用转化等等 |
