国从俄罗斯买石油主要用的是90-100美元的历史高位溢价（少量也用过最低大致70左右
的价格，不过俩很少）。你美国如果能把国际油价抬高到比这个价位还要高，也就是90
-100以上，那么美国才有可能利用俄罗斯围堵中国。
还有，纠正你一个问题，页油岩被打压，不是欧佩克的问题，是因为页油岩的开发成本
本来就比石油高出大致一倍。本来就是一个世界市场使用的备用能源而不是主体能源。
所以，所谓的针对页岩油贸易战，是目前石油作为主题能源的必然出现的问题，而且就
算出现，也只是占了小头，无法妨碍大局。美国也没有能力通过页岩油来平衡美国或世
界的能源需求。技术成本在那里摆着，页岩油现在被忽悠成下一代能源，完全就是石油
公司的一种营销手法，其实页岩油是十九世纪就在用的旧能源。石油才是页岩油的下一
代产品。
