If you include drug delivery into "formulation", then Bob Langer at MIT is
the #1. I will highly recommend him if you can enter MIT.
If you just want to find a job in big pharm in the future, then go to the
area of traditional formulations , you can check the following:
small molecular: go to the big state universities like Purde, UWisconsin,
UKansas, UMich, UAriz, etc), a few names to consider: G Zografi, K Morris, a
