worst drivers and roads. I have lived here for two years and am moving soon.
The winter is really long and bad also. If you are have no personality, are

Because of prop 13 and the huge amount of students we have in the CA. Each
student received very limited amount of funding. This results in low teacher
to student ratio.
Responsible parents are devoting extra effort to help the teacher. The man
hours and donation from these parents are expensive as well. You could
imagine why these parents would not like to share this resource with those
irresponsible parents. This is not just charter schools.
