1. Contribution is about what you have done and what influence your
work has. So it is perfectly OK to list your results and justify
their importance from the independent experts's words.
2. Citation justifies the importance of your publicaitons. So it
supports Authorship. After all, you need to justify that your
publication is very top in your field.
3. Citation is just a number, you may elaborate it a little bit by
comparison with others.

has a lot of experience.
He loves to tell you the whole reasoning behind his judgment, which may bore
some people (especially old people). But I like him, I know doctors'
judgment are most likely an estimate only, and I like to udnerstand myself
rathen than taking in everything they say. |

thigns that I disagree:
a) someone who doesn't udnerstand "evolution theroy", nor biology, nor
science, but decide to 給神創論者掃盲
b) someone educates biologists about biology, Christians about Christianity,
when he is neither.
c) someone who seems to know more about my personal info than myself, and
use the privacy for malicious personal insults. |

想吃北京鸭，居然去日本超市买，真是服了老美."
I was very surprised.
My clan went to Taiwan from Canton/Guangzhou in late 1940s. We are Cantonese
. And most Chinese restaurants in US, particularly those in Chinatowns, are
festablished and operated by Cantonese. Often restaurants in Chinatowns
display 烤鸭, among otehr things, in a show case. I always think 烤鸭 is
Cantonese dish.
So I can not udnerstand why you referred to the duck you bought as 北京烤... 阅读全帖 |
