不是吧。
tylenol那个suggested dosage没问题。但是其它一些治感冒的combo med里面也有可能
有tylenol。有些家长不读label就给孩子吃，会造成double dosage，那样就过量了，
会导致liver/kidney damage。
不放心的不妨给儿医打个电话，clarify一下。
另外，我们儿医说过，不赞成tylenol和motrin交错吃。 |

used once. The store manage told me they will cash refund any tylenol, even
if you bought it in walmart, meijer or some other stores. it doesn't matter
if it is opened or used already. The tylenol company will give full refund
to riteaid.

一个Tylenol和Motrin的用量标准，其实买药的药房都可以拿到这张传单的，俺就借花
献佛了，莫笑。
俺是个健忘的妈妈，这张传单扫描，存在电脑里，随身也携带一份，就怕忘了，呵呵。
请教一个问题，如果年龄和体重不符的宝宝，比如年龄小体重比较重的宝宝是该
按照年龄范围用量还是按照体重范围用量呢？替朋友问的，呵呵。有懂得妈妈么？
还有Tylenol虽然recall了，不过还可以买店牌子的有效成分一样的药，用量标准是相
同的。我猜Tylenol的有效成分就叫acetaminophen。

motrin肾毒性比较大，tylenol肝毒性比较大，两种都是儿科常用的，算比较安全的。

发帖数: 381 | 22 我将家里的Tylenol和Motrin对照了一下，居然发现所有3瓶Motrin都在list上，此外还有3瓶Tylenol NDC在recall list的，但有的没有外面的盒子，没有UPC code。去他们给的网站填了一下，要药物的名称，NDC以及LOT number，还有过期日期，此外问要coupon还是refund。
其中一半以上已经给两个宝吃过了，即便有质量问题也没办法了，所以给宝宝吃药还是要特别慎重，必要时才吃啊

于是都recall了。但acetaminophen不是专利药，谁都可以生产。所以不一定非泰诺不

宝宝小的时候我也只喂她tylenol.

No. Tylenol is acetaminophen, primarily a fever reducer and pain reliever.
Advil IS Ibuprofen, which is an anti-inflammatory, also a fever reducer and
pain reliever. Tylenol will not help with inflammation. It may help pain,
but I would go out and get some Advil or Aleve. Aleve is also an anti-
inflammatory. Just go to a drug store and talk to a pharmacist. They may be

acetaminophen overdose causes liver dysfunction.
ibuprofen overdose is harmful for kidney.
Follow dose direction, both of them are safe.
相比之下，ibuprofen也就是advil,motrin的好处是，药效时间长，6-8小时，而
tylenol只有4个小时，灌小孩吃药很痛苦。再就是ibuprofen退烧效果更好些，多数孩
子是这样的。

家里常用的止痛消炎药，属 Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)类。主要用
