My return rate on rental investment(net income / equity) is only about 5%. I
manage my rental property by myself.
I think 5% return rate is fair. It is about 1% higher than 30 years mortgage
rate. 1% is the management fee I earn by managing the property by myself.
My fidelity IRA account ytd 0.65%
My etrade IRA account ytd 3.15%
My 401k account(index fund only) ytd 2.31%

懂很多。大公司maintain database都是半夜或者周末。Oracle一个patch打下来不死也
掉层皮。而且这个职位招的人也少。
