考虑16的可以考虑18
18可以可靠的上rifle length gas system(RLFS)，17也可以，但17基本全是定制的，
拿18或20的管子锯短些，17现货一般没得买。18上的gas system比较多了些，有mid
length, intermediate length和rifle length，从后坐舒适性还有零件磨损性来讲，
rifle length最好，但市场上不是很多见，BCM(Bravo Company Mfg)的18 upper都是
rifle length，质量非常高，可以看看。
18的初速比16高一些，存速也大，可以比较有效对付较远目标，特别是配合重些弹头使
用(如77gr OTM的Mk 262子弹)。Navy的Mk12 SPR就是这个用途。近战，看家，一两百码
打猎，SHTF等不一定需要18，其实16的AR对付三四百码之外的目标镜子配好了也可以.
18的份量要重些，可以考虑不用四面全长导轨，而是像Mk12上碳素纤维护木加3/6/9短
导轨。

AAC Blackout,一般来说Non-Mount就行，我用过，喜欢，推荐，有PingPing声.
Smith Vortex G6A3 我用过，喜欢，推荐，Pingping声.
PWS Triad 我目前在用，喜欢，推荐，压些枪口，没PingPing声。vuurwapen blog那哥
们好像不喜欢，人和人对射击动态感觉不一样。
很早前我拍的比较照片，左G6A3又Blackout，A2比这俩短，Triad跟这俩差不多。
制退器:
PWS TTO，我用过，喜欢，推荐，短小，有效，作为Brake非常好。
说实话感觉，FSC556那三个叉，用处不大，可有可无，图增长度，消焰有限。
我还不知道有制退和消焰效果都好的产品，都是二者不可兼得的。

大家刚出学校找工作的时候没什么相关经验，容易被打着startup旗号招廉价劳动力的
小公司忽悠，这个我理解。今天冒着被拍砖的风险说说我对找startup job的看法。
1. startup跟小公司不是对等概念。所有规模小（SBIR的定义是500人以内）的公司
都是小公司，Startup在我看来仅限于有高度增长潜力的小公司。注意这里的限定词是
“高度增长”和“潜力”。我认为进一般小公司通常比不上进大公司（training，
compensation，horizon），但进一个靠谱的startup完全可以比进大公司性价比高，成
长机会多。
2. 你问成长机会来自哪里，我认为主要来自startup的两个特点：人少事儿多；成
长快导致新生机会多。先说第一点，拿我自己举例，我也是PhD出身，创业前没有任何
工作经验。合伙创业后，我担纲负责的项目有：
a. 跟学校tech transfer office director谈判patent licensing；
b. 完成公司$1M+早期融资的大部，负责维护投资人关系；
