大家尽管批评，我一定虚心接受
我入市时间不到一年，除了刚开始频繁操作，从今年开始，基本每个股票都hold差不多
1个月。因为个人资质比较差，每次也只能照顾两只股票。所以买过的股票不多，这个
算是买卖次数最多，hold时间最长，还在it上没赔过的。
it过去很安全，这个我没check过，纯属无条件相信翡翠美女。所以今年在it被降级的
时候是个很好的入点。之后it的走势很TA，没什么太大的花样。波动比较大，有很多机
会。
前几天it被收购，加拿大TD bank。我想说一下这个bank。加拿大说白了一共有四大银
行，TD是其中之一，也是做的很不错的一个。和美国不同，貌似加拿大没有什么地方小
银行。加之加拿大基本属于“共产主义社会”，竞争没有美国那么激烈，社会保障更完
善。TD绝没有倒闭之类的危险。TD只在toronto stock exchange 上市，所以我认为，
TSFG是TD进入美国金融业很重要的一步。前年经济危机，本来加拿大受到的影响就比美
国小很多，加之现在经济回暖，这就更给了加拿大银行一个很大的发展空间。

TSFG is hit by the loss in the South. Florida is a cancer of loan loss.
Midwest is more stable, but be careful. Never bet on the ERs of financial
companies. |

银行和其他公司不一样，银行有政府部门的监管。就破产而言，对银行来说，其核心资本率与总资本率是两项致命的数据，远比负债率更重要，jpm,bac,wfc 的debt/eq也很高。如果这2个数据低于政府部门的要求，这个银行会被政府强制关闭。

bank list). I gain alot from it. I bought at 0.42, 0.38, 0.36, 0.34. Today
sold at 0.43. I think that it still has room to go up. Checking CRBC, it is

CRBC PCBC TSFG FBC IBCP SBCF BBX BPOP FBP SNV
It is not a recommendation to buy any of them. YMYD.
They all appears safe after their ERs (except IBCP has yet to report). They
all have decent capital ratios, and can tolerate some future losses. They
are all traded well below their book values. However, I think some of them
need to raise more capital (meaning more dilution). |
