用macafee提供的rootkitremover被告知删除了,重起以后就clean了.结果是重起以后仍

google一下,发现这个zeroaccess很狡猾和顽固.于是决定format系统盘,重装操作系统.
为了干净,我还采用的慢速format.
安装操作系统以后,立刻运行rootkitremover,居然还是得到一样的信息.崩溃了!!!

其中xxxxxxxx是每次都不同数字。
网上查了一下trojan.flush.g,好像跟我的不一样。
以前偶尔也有，最近发作频繁，一小时好几次。

cleaning really hard due to cross infection.
As long as there are executables on other paritions, I doubt if the trojan
can be removed because ZeroAcsess appends itself onto SERVICES.EXE.

win7，网络浏览器用的是firefox。
每次登陆电脑，诺顿就提示发现病毒overlay.xul在users/.../AppData/Local/{
Randmom folder name}/Chrome/Content/，分析后并删除。
但是问题是，每次启动电脑，都会重新来一遍这个杀毒。
那么是不是存在一个还没删除的病毒每次都会重新生成这个病毒呢？
我用诺顿scan了整个硬盘，卸载了几乎从来不用的chrome，依然无济于事。
请高手指教！不胜感激！ |

在诺顿的网站上下载: FixVundo 运行后说没有发现任何情况！！
我甚至想直接删除这个文件，可是系统提示文件正在被使用，不能删。我该怎么办？
