tri bikes need to be comfortable and you don't sit as low. TT bikes need to
be stiff and aero.
if you're mostly thinking about doing tris, clip on is the way to go for now
, until you know what you want.
if you want to do TTs, get the P1 and spend money on an aero helmet and aero
wheels.
if you just want to spend some money and get a new bike, get the P1. Make
sure it's fitted properly. |

儿shifters在extension bars上。有了Di2后，两处都可以装上电子shifters！那才叫
方便呀！
读读我贴的第一个link吧，那个人开始也怀疑Di2，后来用了过后就成了convert，甚至
是preacher了。 |

just got off the plane from France yesterday, still jet lagged and majorly
sleep deprived -- had total about 6 hours of sleep since Friday afternoon.
went out and did an Olympic distance tri this morning -- 1.5k swim, 40k bike
, and 10k run.
Not as bad as I expected. Overall time: 2h38. Swim leg: about 31min;

去。
我这里五月不冷，但水凉，所以我不选择开水域的Tri。七月我准备选择在Pond里游的
Olympic tri。其实我在厦门和深圳时常在海里游泳，没觉得有多难，迎着浪游感觉挺
好。
不明白什么叫死下，因为穿自行车鞋，上下车好像都是你说的死的，不能飞腿，很不爽。

第一张应该是按阳光十六正常曝光，不过后期向右拉了highlight。
第二张是下午５点左右，大约按照阳光十六过曝了一档。
第三张是下午７点左右，按阳光十六过曝了半档到一档。
第四张是中午左右，按阳光十六过曝了一档至两档。
第五张是下午５点左右，不过是在阴影处。
Tri-X过曝两档应该没问题。可能最亮处细节会丢失一点，不过我觉得影响不大。我觉得
Tri-X按EI 200来拍可能效果最好。 |

seperating gel的部分用的是1.5M Tris pH 8.8，另外的成分还有30％ acrylamide，
10％SDS，10％APS和water。
今天跑胶的时候发现55kD以下的marker没有被分开，stack在一起；于是重新pH了一下
才发现学生配成1.5M Tris pH 7.4,请问是不是这个情况直接导致了55kD以下的蛋白没
有被分开来？
另外这样还能够做出21kD和27kD的蛋白吗？因为样品很珍贵，想着死马当着活马医试试。

有没有用过这种方法的筒子们上来说一下，能有详细的protocol，kit catalogue等的
