Frank Tripucka, who used to wear no.18 (btw he's in his 80s now) OKed this,
he said in an interview before.
This is pretty rare in NFL, but it DID happen before. Jerry Rice, Trent
Dilfer both wore retired jerseys with permissions from the players who had
the number before. |
