租车的理由：
1. 去个陌生的地方，租个平民车低调安全。
2. 个人经验, road trip飞沙走石可能会损失车头油漆，road trip开高速跟城里开高
速很不一样。
3. 2000迈对resale value的影响也不小。
4. BMW的可靠性太差，你不知道路上会发生什么。租车的话，有租车公司给你解决。 |

apartment 先住一段时间，另外也约了几个realtor 准备却看些房子。这个trip因为就
几天时间，又是首次买房，不懂的东西很多，要想确定下房子是不可能的，所以我不知
道应该乘这个机会向realtors 多问些什么问题，了解点什么信息？
目前已经跟几个realtor 接触，他们给我发了一些listings，问我对哪些房子感兴趣，
到时候让他们带着看。他们的listings 很多是重复的，我可以让他们知道我在接触不
同的realtors 吗？另外我不知道去trip 之前拿到lender 的preapproval 的可能性多
大（时间比较紧），这样是不是有些房子就看不了乐？

如果我想在ROTH IRA内卖一个基金,同时30天内在Taxable Account买
相同的基金,是否算round-trip.
回答: 帐户是独立操作的,round-trip指限定在同一帐户,不会跨越
不同帐户.
结论: 在目前状况下,可以在一个帐户卖出某基金锁定利润.同时,在
另一帐户以低价买进同一基金,用以降低成本. |

1) 如果父母退休5年以上,是不是 have you employed?这个选项填NO?我选过yes,他要
求提供最近5年的employment记录,否则就到不了下一页.
2) 我父母,我,以及我老公都有能力pay the trip.我是指就个人存款和账号而言.但是,
我觉得退休金也高不到哪去,和我们pay the trip而言,他们可能看起来会吃力很多.是
不是填我们pay会比较好些?
3) 我现在H4,在这边没转过身份,没有joint account,但有自己的存款,和lg的帐号之间
没有任何资金流动. 如果我们pay the trip的话.是填LG好,还是填我自己好?如果填我
的话,那么关系就好填,就是child的关系,但是我在这边没工作.如果填lg的话,关系就是
others了.资金来源看起来就更可靠些.

因为是暑假+欧洲杯+奥运会，感觉旅游相关的应该会不错
从业绩增上看：TRIP>EXPE>AWAY(他们家暂时属于long-term的)
从走势力度上看也是这个顺序
Q2日期都是下周，24-26号
1)TRIP从最高点之后没有follow，ER应该不错，最乐观估计会上新高
2)AWAY自从那份似有似无的short报告之后，一个月来一直在20-22之间上下，量一直很
小，11号20.4入的，一直缓慢上升，看着量太小了，16号21.45出的，刚开始试手所以
设定的目标是5%，达到目标就出了，结果今天上22了，不知道能不能站稳，ER估计不是
很乐观
3）EXPE业绩很牛，TRIP分出来之后，它又从30左右升到45+了，从图标上看6.19开始很
整齐地走Z字型，这是“旗形”么？感觉量有些不符合定义... 这几天在冲46.74的阻力
，这两天都是低开冲高回落，今天45.4入的，应该能站上46.74，配合ER，最乐观估计
触到布林线上端50左右.. 设定目标还是5%左右

all the items we planed, pontooning, fishing on the boat, BBQ, and hiking.
we are planning the next trip at this time. it will be a two nights
stay at lake Erie beachfront cottage at end of this month or earlier
of next month. check in friday evening and leave on sunday evening.

If you are seasick, you don't want to do anything, instead of going home.
Also, if the weather isn't good, raining or you get wet by fishing, you will
be very uncomfortable. And, you just want to go home.
If you want to fish a lot, find a motel that is very close to the boats you
want to fish on. You live there for 2-3 days, go to those 8 hour trips 3
days in a row. Or something like that. My partner and I do that as a fishing

the No.1 walleye lake in Minnesota.
Looking at those "launching boat" trips, which take a group of people to the
lake for 4 hours with rods and baits etc included. Usually $35/person per
trip.
Anybody from the Twin Cities interested? ML lake is only 1.5 hr drive north

现在计划ski trip会不会晚了些？错过deal了？第一次搞ski trip，没经验，求指教！
希望在西部的雪场，但是得保证感恩节的时候有足够的雪量。不需要太大，我们反正也
是新手，第一个雪季都在local小雪场，今年是第二个年头。不用太有名的雪场，人少
些最好。
大概3天2个人，住雪场附近resort，不算机票的话开支预算需要多少？谢谢！另外，一
般大家ski trip要自带装备吗？托运ski怎么搞？ |

发帖数: 3431 | 50 可能最多就三天，和ld来个getaway ski trip, 主要是尝个鲜，圆个ski trip的愿望。
ld能流畅滑蓝道，我觉得简单groomed黑道她也能滑，但是我也不太想让她上太难的道
打击她本来就不太大的滑雪热情。。。
我们住在西雅图地区，现在本着实惠的目的，决定在whistler和crystal选一个，有点纠
结。whistler吧，远不少，四个多小时车程还不算出入境折腾的功夫。crystal不到两
个小时就能开到。但是whistler是北美有名的大雪场啊，向往已久，雪道多不胜滑，看
了下trail map，很多蓝道，对intermediate level更合适，不过只去三天，除开路途
耽误，可能也没法太好的领会休验whistler的雪吧，我看人家一般都去一周的。
crystal虽然也是西北地区的有名雪场，但还是小不少，而且据网友评论偏难，看了下
trail map，虽然也有些蓝道，也是黑道和双黑居多，担心ld玩不开心。价格上可能
crystal应该更便宜？
不过我觉得ski trip，天气雪况也很重要，就怕准备了半天兴奋出发了，灰溜溜的碰上
