出售可转换债券的总规模，全球股市也正以20年来最快的速度萎缩。
伯恩斯坦研究机构的分析师Inigo Fraser-Jenkins在近日的一份报告中写道，全球股票
回购规模的增长，同时也伴随着股票发行活动的减少，这也表明大多数发达国家的股票
净发行量正处于历史低位。
不过他也提到，这种市场萎缩并没有引起恐慌，还为美股牛市推波助澜：
“眼下极低的净发行规模在未来12个月对全球股市来说，是非常有利的。”
市场也普遍预期，美股回购活动还将继续活跃。标普道琼斯指数公司高级分析师Howard
Silverblatt就指出，美股公司的股票回购正出现加速势头，回购行动已成为支撑股价
的关键因素。
但法国兴业银行分析师Andrew Lapthorne警告称，随着为回购股票而动用现金储备，回
购最终必将结束：

weeks ended Feb. 18, the latest data available from the Investment Company

速抛股套现，随着美国大涨，不仅不断新高，也创造了最长牛市，所以很多人看到自己
手里的股票都涨的不成样子了，自然觉得这是钱，到手的钱才是钱，于是不断疯狂抛售
，仅在9月就抛售了价值57亿美元的自家公司股票。
在内部人士抛售的同事，一些企业又开始逆回购，来支撑股价，这种现象很不正常。
我记忆不是很深刻了，也不查资料了，在8月份还是9月份，微软的CEO好像抛售了一亿
多美元的股票，不过他的年薪不高，现在卖了这么多股票，也成超级有钱人了，好像之
前狗狗等的高层也在卖股票。
很多迹象都在表明，美股涨的已经足够了，已经很恐怖了，连老板们自己都觉得有危险
了，要跑股票了，所以这种其他人还不断买股，还能支持股票涨多少，没人知道。 |

With the earnings season coming to an end and the 3 indexes at such a high
level, the market may well deserve a significant pullback or break.
Solar and shipping stocks may still offer some speculative opportunities
before their ER announcements in the next few weeks to come.
A good article to read for generally understanding the market behavior.
