Triclosan is an antibacterial and antifungal agent. It is a polychloro
phenoxy phenol. Despite being used in many consumer products, beyond its use
in toothpaste to prevent gingivitis, there is no evidence according to the
American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that triclosan provides an extra
benefit to health in other consumer products.Triclosan safety is currently
under review by the FDA.

知名牙膏品牌高露洁所出的一款“Total”牙膏，被验出成分中含有三氯沙，而今年五
月，三氯沙在美国明尼苏达州，已经被禁用在许多商品中。因为这种成分可能会导致胎
儿畸形，甚至还会致癌。
彭博社的报导指出，在美国有数百万的民众，使用这种含有三氯沙的牙膏。
但高露洁表示，他们的Total牙膏在1997年时，已经通过美国食品暨药物管理局(FDA)的
检验程序，所以是安全的。而三氯沙对于人体的毒性，必须在高剂量的情况下才会产生。
但随着时间演进，科学上对于三氯沙可能导致人体的病变证据愈来愈多，外媒检视1997
年FDA针对此款牙膏的核准文件后发现，当时所进行的实验以目前的标准来看显得不够
严谨。从2010年起，欧盟与美国部分州份已经陆续禁止在清洁用品中添加三氯沙。
三氯沙(triclosan)是肥皂、牙膏、切菜板和玩具的通用成分，可是动物实验发现这种
化学品会阻碍胎儿发育和助长癌细胞成长。
美国管理当局正检讨其安全问题，但彭博新闻社报导，数以百万计美国人每天还在把三

国内的人吃了注水肉，瘦肉精猪肉，起码还可以抱怨下，更不要说瘦肉精现在在国内（
与欧洲一样）已经被禁了。而美国绝大部分的猪肉还都是瘦肉精猪肉。 这还不算，美
帝超市里卖的猪肉基本都是被注射了最低12%的嫩肉粉水的。包装上都写着呢。 同样，

说是只有total这一款致癌，中国早几年就已经不允许上架了，而新加坡还在卖，我看
看家里屯的都是这一款，大家还是小心点吧

最新的2012年的CDC的BRFS survey的结果，美国55岁以上的有22%都得过某种癌症！中
国的癌症的人比例要比美国低很多！
另外一个例子，P&G Colgate Total的牙膏，有一种致癌的化学成分，Triclosan. 这个
牙膏在欧亚，包括中国几年前就被禁了！而在美国仍然合法出售

至少现在在中国已有法律规定，食用油必须注明压榨方法。而美国的食用油根本没这规
定，绝大部分还都是用化学浸出法加工的，坏处很大。
