previously, it rains 3/4 of the year; where I am now, it rains 1/3-1/2

of the year. And both are very windy while raining. =P
I normally wear waterproof jacket and waterproof overtrousers if it is
raining. I don't wear cycling specific ones those. Instead I use those
designed for hiking. Many well-established outdoor brands, such as TNF,
Mountain Hardware, Panagonia etc., have their own waterproof materials.
