比较一下TS和TP，TS很有leadership, 心理上比较过硬，这样的人通常overachieve
with a given talent;
TP是谁说的来着(Tressel?)，是个Perfectionist, 这样的
人往往因为对自己要求太高，即使五场比赛只有一场发挥得不好，往往对自己blame
太多，"it's my fault", "I let my team down", 结果很难build up confidence,
以至于限制了talent的发挥，最后就是underachieve. 所以TP再多呆一年提高一定
有限，不可能有质的突破，除非他在心理上战胜自己。 |

They also blow out a lot of opponents with some ridiculous scores
MD, however... not sure he should rank sparty that high, since they didn't
even play the best team in the conference

state ahead of wiski is a bit biased but not unexpected given his history
