今早打了电话咨询了律师。
律师说这个对我法律上几乎没有任何影响，除非下次我在当地警局管辖的范围在发生类
似事
件。但看我对这个warning也非常谨慎，他估计我不会再犯傻了。
我说我觉得就是被歧视了，他们看我是个亚洲人，还是个女的，律师说也确实可能有
discrimination存在，说有时避免不了这些urgly的事，又不得不自己吞下这口气。
他说要看我本人对此事怎么想，这的确是个不公正的对待，如果想go further也肯定没
问题，
官司肯定能打的赢，但光给他看看材料就 得花300-400刀，还要花几个月的时间上庭。
只是基
于成本和时间的考虑，是否值得自己衡量了。
律师说下次遇到这种情况，我有权利告诉警察我不懂，我需要翻译和律师。然后走开。
即使警察逼我签。
我说我学了一课，律师说，只是这课精神上pay的有点太多了 |

也不能随意的做任何事情。
tort law里面有一个著名的案子就是：一个人家常年没人住，于是老有流浪者进屋。那
个主人确实立了牌子说no trespass结果没用。这老兄想出一办法，弄把猎枪，扳机拉
根绳子就栓门把手上。有天晚上有个流浪者就给一枪打了腿。最终判决是no booby
trap is allowed，屋主要赔钱给流浪者治腿。
法律说的是：即使对trespasser，你也不能用这种容易出现伤害的手段。
楼上说的大石头是可以的，毕竟有装饰作用。除非你能证明钉子有装饰作用，单纯的惩
罚trespasser，这个是vigilante行为，如果对方告你，你要赔对方的轮胎（这个很容
易证明多少damage），对方要赔你的driveway损失（这个不容易证明多少damage）
对方律师可以说：你洒了钉子，那么钉子是non-discriminatory，如果消防员的车来了

首先要感谢2013年1月17日后第二还是第三天傍晚到我家去的两位警官，没有他们帮我
拿这份源自表哥列述有我这11条罪状的纪录，也许我永远也没有机会明白表哥的一些心

具体每个州的规定最好是直接去看那个州具体的条文和案例。
很多州都有dog-bite status, 规定狗主人要对自家狗造成的伤害（不一定是bite）付
责任。基本来说，只要是狗对别人造成了伤害，不管主人当时是否试图阻止，都要付责
任。而受伤者也不用去举证狗主人做错了什么。
比如，明尼苏达的规定：
If a dog, without provocation, attacks or injures any person who is acting
peaceably in any place where the person may lawfully be, the owner of the
dog is liable in damages to the person so attacked or injured to the full
amount of the injury sustained.
受伤者必须证明：
1，自己因为对方狗而受伤（不一定是被咬，也许是冲着他吼导致他自己摔了一跤的话

美国的出版物上常见保护版权的警示范， 而我常想， 他们为什么不像我一样， 宣布

这些是欧美反群文化的表现。
美国城市空心化， 没办法不空心化， 因为在美国只要见到人造的物体， 就涉及＂
private property, no trespassing＂， 人家不欢迎外人， 而自己是外人， 所以有
必要和别人保持距离， 而且是躲得越远越好。
同样是远远看见市中心高楼林立， 按中国传统的思维， 脑海里浮现的想法是＂那里一
定人多热闹， 去看看。＂ 而按欧美的思想方式则成了＂那里已经被别人占了，不是我
呆的地方， 千万别过去， 以免惹一身臊。＂ 这样的城市能不空心化吗？
