potentially be dangerous to start abstinence at home if your husband has
physiological dependence of alcohol. If your LD drink alcohol heavily on a
daily basis, he should not start abstinence without close monitoring by a
physician. Although the greatest risk is between 2-5 days, it can still be
alarming if you notice abnormal signs.
