也说说我见过的一个自闭孩子,是我娃pre-school的同班同学.
先介绍一下他们幼儿园的背景.某大学的附属幼儿园,是我见过的唯一接收特殊儿童的幼
儿园.pre-school三个班,其中有一个班是混合班,班上12个普通孩子,另外有4-5个特殊
孩子.班上的特殊孩子一般都是有听力障碍,带助听器.因为听力障碍,语言还有各方面明
显比正常孩子落后一些.虽然如此,这些特殊孩子基本没有任何特殊照顾.这个幼儿园的
理念就是”treat them like normal kids”,就是让特殊孩子完全融入到正常孩子的学
习和生活中.他们一般都是分成3个small group,这些孩子随机地跟其他孩子混在一起分
组,日常学习活动完全是在一起.
我第一次见到这个孩子的时候是他妈妈带来visiting.当时我大吃一惊.虽然班上一直有
特殊孩子,但是发育迟缓的程度都比较轻,基本能自理,有些孩子除了带助听器,跟正常孩
子没有啥分别.可是这个孩子基本无法自理.他走路都很艰难,无法保持平衡.可能因为肌
张力失调的原因,头略微有些倾斜,面部表情淡漠.我从来没有听... 阅读全帖 |

。根据Pub 519，我需要夹带一个statement，我和老婆都签字，告诉IRS我们make the
choice 把non-resident的老婆treat成resident。
可是问题来了，我们准备E-file，而且是第一年E-file，想问一下，E-file的时候怎么
能夹带这个statement告诉IRS我们要选择成resident呢？
我想好多H1B的哥们刚结婚第一年的时候可能都遇到过类似的情况，请不吝赐教，小弟

人可以mfj或者mfs，但第一年只能mfj），只要其本人没有丢失resident身份。

签一个申明，说明愿意nonresident spouse treated as resident，就可以合报2014年
的税。但不知道这样的话那5000 treaty还能不能用了呢？如果可以，1040税表应该寄
去哪个地址呢.

have scholarship from my university. I was non-resident in 2015.
Since my husband was tax resident alien in 2015, and we filed jointly, so in
2015 I choose to treat as tax resident alien in 2015.
As Chinese citizen, my husband and I both have U.S.-China treaty benefits.
But as tax resident alien, we also have 2 people $8000 exemption, and
standard deduction $12600. Is that true? Sounds too good to be true.

foreign income of non resident being treated as resident 被收security &
medicare.
打电话给IRS, 他们说这个问题太复杂，建议找specialist.
但我估计这样的情况并不少见。具体我的情况，就认了。多交security & medicare 给
三姆大叔做贡献了。1000刀的样子。去找specialist，估计收费都是几百刀了。
今后这样的问题估计还会有。版上有人说手填。不管怎么说，估计很复杂。

spouse为resident alien，自己是nonresident alien，今年开始联合报税，准备使用
nonresident alien spouse treat as resident alien spouse，同时申请ITIN number。
遇到的问题是：
自己2017年在国内有工资收入，所以今年报税时是需要将自己在国内的收入与LG在美国
的收入一起上报，可是国内的收入没有W2表单，所以报税时面临两个问题：
1、国内的人民币收入按照哪个机构哪天的什么汇率换算标准转换成相应价值的美元数
额；
2、报税时报国内收入没有W2表单，用什么作为依据或证据呢；
3、自己的国内收入是需要与LG的收入相加在一起后填写在wages and salaries的这一
部分么，还是分开填在其它某项。。。
百思不得其解，请教版上前辈大神指点 |

居然是第一个能和P一起过的情人节，更居然一点要过情人节的感觉都没有。最近貌似
很流行做那个“流氓饼干”送给LG当情人节礼物，我没那个耐心一个个画糖霜，就做个
泡芙好了。
用的是mis MM前段时间发的方子，稍有改动~ 特此感谢~
材料：
1、泡芙馅（北海道戚风馅）：牛奶100ml，白砂糖3tbsp，蛋黄2个，玉米淀粉1tbsp，
低粉1tbsp，香草精1/2tbsp，鲜奶油 heavy whipping cream 100ml
2、泡芙外壳：低粉100g（210ml），水160ml，无盐黄油 6tbsp，白砂糖1tsp，盐1/
2tsp，鸡蛋3个打散
做法：
（一）泡芙馅
1.分离蛋黄、蛋白。
2.打发蛋黄，打至浓稠，颜色变淡，体积变大，四五分钟的样子。
3.加入粉类打匀成面糊
