substantial evidence that prove the opposite, he's free do make the claim
and the authority has to trust it, otherwise, there's no point of giving him

受到的攻击嘛。但是老白身上的伤当时没有去医院，关键在目击证人。而目击证人似乎
也有分歧。现在实际是扯皮。
这里还有个防卫过当的问题。就算小黑攻击老白，是否就要当场击毙？注意警方很快就
到了现场。几分钟之前还和老白保持联系，这个老白当时应该是心知肚明的。
我认为这个案子的真实情况是防卫过当。老白对黑人有偏见，甚至是歧视。这从他自己
主动跟踪小黑，而他的公开的理由是小黑行为可疑，可能有毒品（其实还有他是黑人）
可以看出来。两人后来口角，甚至打到一团，老白一时激动，拔枪就射，小黑上了天堂。 |
