份上班。我想知道的是，像我这种情况，如果新公司给我办H1B该怎么处理啊：
1.如果是H1B transfer, 是不是只能trasfer 我现有的3年H1B中剩下的啊（7个月），
那样的话，我到了新公司的话，不到2个月就会要H1B Renew啊。
2.是否可以让新公司把H1B transfer 和 renew 一起弄啊，在一个印度人的坛子里，有
人对类似问题的回答是：You can do extension with transfer upto 6 months
before your Petition expires. With PP it is less than 15 days. Once you get
approval give your notice.
我不太明白，有人清楚吗 |

1月1日跳槽, 申请H1B trasfer ,并延期了3年, 1月10日接到批准书
1月11日,和老板提出辞职,当天I140被律师提交给政府,进行revoke
那么请问,我批准的3年延期,还有效吗

。我觉得要么h1b transfer批准后回国， 或者用AP回美后在h1b trasfer。

I-140只有在485上交180天以后雇主才无权撤销
如果你的原公司发现你利用了他们取得一个PD
很有可能以你在交140时并无事实上的诚意为他们工作为理由去移民局那里撤回你的140.
交140的时候是不是也要审核申请人当前的STATUS?
原公司想发现还是很容易发现的. |

H1B，律师说只要申请的当天有有效的I140就能够批，FILE了以后，马上和公司辞职，
然后新公司再马上FILE AC-21，律师说这样做过都没有问题。。。。
关于换地址我就不知道了

但是现在的话，最好等他新的H1B收据。你们着急也可以现在交他的485。485期间H1/H4

but fleet has a package if you have >$2000 in checking
account, then no monthly
fee(if <2000 $8). good thing is if you anticipate you will
get below that, you can ask them to transfer back to student
package, which charges $3/month if you directly deposit your
salary to the checking account, and $5 if not.
ask the customer service to do the trasferring. |

long as you have more than 3 years of H1-B left, your new H1-B will be 3
years. If you trasfer a job after 10/2010, you H1-B will expire after 10/
2013 unless you start to apply for greencard and then you can extend your H1
-B beyond 6 years until the completion of greencard. |

you got nothing much to worry about. it's their business, buyers can only
judge sellers by reviews. bad reviews can hurt seller big time.
I bot all my firearms online, 6 of them, so far so good.
if you pay by credit card, then you should worry less, if the item you bot
is not as it was described, you just dispute the charge, seller is more
scared then you are.
