FAQ，发现他们还举例说明了traffic engineering和civil 的不同，不能用来做civil
的工作经验。很郁闷，我看其他的traffic engineer不是也拿PE吗? 只是不知道是不是
加州的。

发帖数: 9 | 22 上周去拉斯维加斯玩，回来在亚利桑那93号south到phoenix的公路上，被警察拦下来了
，当时是租的车，晚上10点多，当时那个路上一个车都没有，也没有任何灯光，也是因
为第一次租车开长途，没有经验，以为没有事。因为赶着想把租的车还了，就开的快了。
当时被抓到速度100 miles，给了ticket，要出庭。上面的citation是criminal
traffic。
这是我的第一张ticket，以前也没有上过traffic school，真的不知道美国超速这么严
重，现在很担心，拿到驾照6个月了，一直都在local开。
让我去的court距离我这里大概要2小时车程，还不知道该怎么办。
我是f1，如果有criminal history，是不是会很麻烦。我很担心，希望大家能给我点帮
助，告诉我改怎么处理。

今天去了趟Wheaton的IRS, 结果事情没办成, 反而吃了张Ticket.
我当时停在Grandview Ave上, 是一个one-way street, meter在左边, 车就停在了
meter旁边,也就是左边.
我的理解是Parked Against Flow of Traffic是只适用于two-way的(不能停在路左侧),
因为那样说明你停的时候肯定跨中间线了, 但我在网上搜了一下没看见也适用于单行
道啊
哪位有类似经验或知识的希望能指点一下, 如果真是我错了, 就老老实实交钱好了, $

from middle lane, 而且illegal crossing single white solid line。当时刚下高速
，ramp只接到local drive的middle lane上，换右lane再右转的距离不多，看起来像是
直接从middle lane转。我其实尽早减速而且换到右lane了，但是警察躲在那里专门抓
这个，只要是高速下来右转的，不管怎么转，都被抓。
罚金100多，和cell phone, safe belt violations同档。
想问问对纽约traffice ticket有经验的同学：
1. 这个有没有points? 警察没说是不是就没有？还是所有traffic ticket都有相应的
points? 如果没有是不是交钱就行了？有没有记录，对insurance有没有影响？
2. 上法庭如果输，会被罚的更重么？已经六年没有吃过ticket了，可不可以和法官说
一下尽量减小处罚。

年前曾经在yield处没有刹住车，轻轻蹭了下前面的车，也不知道吃没有吃ticket，反

做了记录给了一个55元的缴费单，上报了保险公司。之后换了geico保险，agent告诉我有
accident记录，保险涨了，不知道现在还能不能通过进traffic school取消这个
accident的记录

这显然是指后面说的雨天或者高峰期车多车流慢时跟着降速，而不是让跟着超速。下面

的地方（离路口大约30米）堵了好一会，一岁的闺女哭的很厉害，所以就想着把她抱下
来推着stroller直接走过去好了，因为转过弯儿很近就是目的地了。结果就在把宝宝弄
出来那会，前面车就开动了，一下子居然都走了，于是我们车前面的路就空出来了，于
是被在路口执勤的警察发现了，给开了30块钱的traffic ticket. 说是stop on road。
罚单背面写着三种方式：一是直接交钱，等于承认犯错，留下记录，二是申请减轻处罚
，还是会留下记录，三是不承认犯错，上法庭，如果输了，还是交钱，加各种费用，留
下记录，赢了的话应该就不交钱不留记录吧。没有提traffic school啥的。
请问这种情况，怎么办好呢？万一留下记录的话，会有什么问题？只是可能涨保险？除
了这个 ，还可能有什么问题？我们倒是刚刚换了家保险，因为比原来的便宜，几年内
不换保险是可能的。

150.00并参加社区服务，那个$163.00就不需要交了，也不用上庭了，违章记录也没有
了。我觉得交个$150.00并参加社区服务怎么会把Citation全部免掉，请问有过这方面
