and bodies through such exercises. I was not taught that endurance sports is

I am actually having problems with my new 1090 dumbbells. The "nipples"/
pricks on the handles hurt my hands. I thought my hands are toughened enough
by the kbs but no, it really hurts when using big weights with 1090. I don'

成绩基本达到比赛前制定的及格线，考虑到一些意外的因素，也还算满意。又几乎迟到
了，害的runlikegirl也没有能够热
身，严重抱歉。前半程稍微拥挤了些，因为插在2000－29999号左右的人群，也算能基
本迈的开步子。（有一次去的太
晚，排在最后，非常糟糕）后半程虽然人群跑开了，但没有能把速度提上去，一是缺水
严重，二是好久没有比赛，缺乏那
股狠劲（尤其是短距离的比赛，确实需要mental toughness）。
最后chip time是28分4秒，比计划的稍微差了些。之后和胖子，runlikegirl 一起吃了
早餐。今天恢复跑了3迈，感觉昨天
没有toughen up，不过这样留给今后的提升空间很大，呵呵。 |

劳状态下的
long run 训练。
和上周不同的是，这回腿部肌肉虽然酸，但是还比较有力。
14mi 之后，我想象自己就是比赛中的 20mi之后，最后的 10k 怎么跑。
其实加上昨天的 12mi，这个模拟还是比较逼真的。
努力保持跑姿，脚本越来越重，pace 没有掉下来。
虽然最后 toughen up，坚持跑完了 20 mi，但是比较 chicken 的是，最后 2 个多 mi
是在家
门口附近磨完的:)
想到跑完就可以瘫倒在家里，也是一种动力啊！
跑完的感觉也跟比赛差不多，尽全力了！前一周的半马跑完也没有这么累！
平均 pace 8:39，从 9:51 稳步过渡到 8:11
终于，背上的猴子给甩掉了！ |

１．开跑前碰到几位潜水员，很厉害啊，（之前好像训练不超过半马?-:P），不知道最
后跑得怎么样。不过今天多亏它们。我跑完本来想回家了，又转会去想想是不是能等到
他们，结果说是发奖了，结果说是一个名字不知道怎么读，哈哈，竟然是我，women
age group第三，不过可能比赛的人太少了？－：）
２．大约26麦处，看见有人在走，我把我吃奶的力气都用处来了，说：Keep on
running! You are almost there!结果最后几十米竟然被他超了，I have a mixed
feeling-:)
３．女子第一名2:48(today is her first marathon, 1:18 half marathoner)，第二
名2:52(her PR is 2:46)，和她们站在一起，我当时就想，看起来都是平常人啊-:)之
前跑过马拉松的都说这个race不好跑，主要是弯太多，而且路不好跑 (uneven and

heel-to-toe drop) running shoes. Now I wear MT20 everyday for
walking and running (black version for work, orange version for running).
MT20 is really comfortable.
Decided to use HS4 for speed work on pavement. MT20 feels thin, can
easily feel small stones. I may need some months to toughen my feet
up using MT20.
Wave universe indeed feels great. Also have two pairs of inov-8

academic sister of mine (chem phd) had to work for free for a fed judge during
