让我对名校教授再次失望，
倒不是因为他是torture professor,
而是他说话水平和思路都不怎么样。
其实问题并不在于
如何解读宪法才是正确的，
而是大家认为这是torture,
这就是torture了。
失去道德高地会降低美国的对外影响力的，
也使它对其他国家的人权指责更加乏力。
穆斯林世界也会更加和美国敌对，
更多的穆斯林青年会加入极端反美行列。
这种对软实力的伤害影响其实是非常大的。
有几个美国左派和右派唱唱双簧其实倒不失为
多少挽救一点美国人权卫士的名声的一种手段。
至少还能迷惑一部分人，
让他们觉得美国还是有好人的，继续美国抱有幻想 |
