发帖数: 510 | 9 这个完全凭运气了。我观察过那个路口，如果被拍了，基本上没有很好的办法能把tick
et干掉。
但是有一个办法可以帮助你对付几乎所有的拍照的红灯路口：那就是不要开注册在你自
己名下的车。
比如你和你老婆有两辆车，一辆注册在你的名字下面，一辆在你老婆名字下面。请你开
你老婆那辆，你老婆开你那辆。这样保证可以dismiss掉所有的拍照闯红灯ticket。
我干掉过一张在garnet上的红灯ticket，为此研究过关于这方面的law。上面的做法可以
保证100%成功是因为ticket是寄到vehicle owner那里的。owner只需要填一下this is
not me寄回去就可以了，你没有义务举证谁是driver。 |

不过不管其拍了没有，你只要没有冲出去跑掉就没事。
我感觉要证明你没有stop，那个相机必须拍到连续的若干张照片，每一张都有你的速度
，最后一张表明你溜出去了。
不过我没有料理过这种case，所以不是很sure都有些什么照片被拍出来。如果有谁有的
话可以告诉我，我也许可以研究一下怎么对付。

啥关系，貌似只要停下来的时候车头不超出停车线就不会被拍。 |

相机就会activate。
不过要是每天有成百上千个人都以40mph的速度接近红灯而且刹在线上的话估计看照片的
人要疯掉了哈哈哈。 |

90 minutes drive from San Diego. You need to buy a map at the visitor
center ($1) which will help you choose the trail you can walk on. The view
of the desert is breathtaking if sands do not get into your eyes.

I agree with LZ in that it is wrong to make a U-turn close to the entrance
to either schools since doing so would block the intersection and stop the
flow of traffic. What you can do is to print out a short reminder in
English and give it to the offender next time when they are doing U-turn.

划。 北边的一大块空地是shopping mall, 在CCA前面的那条路village center loop
会有BUS stop.在AIROSO和CCA中间的那快空地是community park. 56和CCA之间是
apart或者是condo. 这写应该都是批准的事。当时就是讨论timeline.说是2012年。 看
来是不行。
当时为了shopping mall建不建cinema讨论了半天。 不过总的来说，规划是不错的。
我本人也驻在PHR, 所以比较关心, 也比较喜欢。 赫赫
南边的PHR已经有了小学， sycmore ridge. 北边的是solana beach elementary. 初
中都是CVM. 高中是torrey pines or cca.
