老刀开始打网球时，没钱请教练，都是自学的。由于常去公园和哥们比赛，所以他的开
始的打法以胜为主。久而久之打成了邪派的打法。没有好好注意foot work, 准备动作
等。 但他在场上的经验，手感和永不give up 的精神让他打到4.0, 或4.0+. 这时要
再往上，就碰上瓶颈了，因为基本功不够扎实。光靠手感和精神也不是那么容易赢的。
现在开始学topspin, 我相信练习时他的topspin也不会差。你不要真以为他不会打
topspin, 我觉得他完全会topspin。 问题在于比赛时，步伐，timing, 准备和他以往
的打法太不一样，不容易适应。所以他说他打不出很好的topspin. 是事实也是谦虚。 |

，有时候能打出几个。可能是准备时间能不能充分是关键。
我觉得首先要打上升期才能打出这种球。
不管哪种groundstroke，不管哪种topspin，击球瞬间球拍都和球网平行。
假设下降期，那么球就是以那种从上到下的入射角和球拍接触，这时候如果不给一定向
上拉的力量，球就向下飞。所以这种球打出来是弧线很高的，比较慢的topspin，有人
叫这个defensive topspin，指的是准备时间不够，跑过去打不到上升期，而且要通过
延长飞行时间调整自己跑回位等下一拍。这种球的好处是，在defensive状态下，还能
不太被动，打出在这种状态下相对比较offensive的球，让对方不能直接下一拍就进攻
打出killer来，自己也有充分时间回位。但是对方准备时间也比较长，所以很难制胜，
是相持时候的主要手段。
对方打出质量不高的球，自己预判和脚步都做得不错时候，可以在上升期时候打，就能
打出这种球。相对第一种，有人称这种叫offensive topspin。

发帖数: 3398 | 3 以前觉得平击很拉风，一直想练习平击，最近几次比赛后总结， 还是topspin管用。
平击容错率低，比赛中稍微一紧张，就容易失去手感，一堆ue。相反，topspin动作相
对固定， 过网下坠，不容易出界。
另外，topspin是对付削球手的最好武器， 削球手如果不能在上升期直接削回去，削球
节奏就会被打乱，因为强topspin的球过了最高点有个二次抬升， 会再往上窜一下，一
般人不容易适应。
最后，上旋和削球天生相克，在水平接近的情况下， 削回去的球不会太下旋。 |

握拍平击球的penetration来自于球落地后向前的Skid。半西方握拍Topspin Rally
ball的penetration来自于球落地后向前的Kick，半西方握拍Topspin Rally ball如果
球相对低平时，向前的Kick会多一些。因为Spin的能量转化成更多向前的Kick。 |

实践上，最低成本的取得topspin的办法是换线，用带菱角的细poly。
技术上，topspin的三大源泉是：
1） 屈膝，击球时lift
2）swing path 往上多一点，这是core和手臂发力

racquet head，有些教练说，必须至少低一个feet。偶们练习的时候，就牢记racquet
head低才能产生强烈的topspin。最后发现，打出的球怎么都跟老三的球那么相似，有
spin,有高曲线，却没有penetration。
其实Lower Racquet Head的误区在于：Hand (或拍柄）要在contact point的同等高度
或之上，只有拍头（即Racquet Head)低于contact point的高度。也就是你只需要drop
racquet head,而不是drop你的hand！
掌握了这一点，才能打出强烈的有penetration的上旋球。Hand高于球尤其对攻击二发
格外重要。你看Sharapova攻击二发时手举得多高。ps: 老三的正手最大的毛病就是手
举得太低。 |

而不是topspin决定的。一个纯topspin原地打转的球能penetrate吗？
其实回球是完全由拍子触球时拍头速度方向决定。和你的手的位置握法
没多大关系。原则上同样的来球，只要两次触球时拍头速度方向一致，
打出去的球就一模一样（同样拍子）。
你只要想办法找到适合你的击球方式能增加球向前动量就得了。

我现在用的教练好像没有说要加手腕啊，底线球肯定不太需要吧。如果是半场低球还是
需要向上刷一下的。
我的个人感觉是： semi 或者 western grip 加上由下向上的swing path就可以打出很
好的topspin。我觉得申老师的topspin就非常的effortless，控制的非常好。 |

topspin serve 更强调向上刷球，球的过网高度比flat, slice serve 都高，对右手发
球的人而言，如果从球的左下刷向球的右上方，就是twist (kick) serve, topspin

看上去像个1600-1700的气宗，发球，接发球也像（发球好些）
问题是他把我的两个training partner（都是1900-2000左右的）都干掉了，当然他们
轻敌是其一，但这人很怪，有些方面大约也就1600/1700的水平，可是正反手防弧旋半
贴半撕超级稳，绝对2250+，尤其反手，半撕半带非常稳健。进攻也还可以，进攻可能
有1900左右。
我的training partners居然topspin rally中搞不过他，看得俺大掉眼镜。后来我和他
打，我拉过去的球也是被他那样半撕半带弄过来，超级别扭，他那个俺都不知道怎么形
容，球落下后的弹跳很诡异，前两局赢得还有些紧，也就2-3分的差别，到第三局俺发
现他接发球基本不看或看不出旋转，而且只想用反手接，我发他正手短侧上，他也用反
手过来搓。。。。。。。。。牛吧
更牛的是，搓个半高，俺爆一板他的反手，他还在近台那样半撕半带，我靠，当然是撕
不上来，但勇气可嘉啊。
俺觉得他没准有段时间被某个高手做training partner用过，否则难以想象单个技术之

leftlow to righthigh side (for right server). Normally it's
a combination of side spin and topspin, call kicker.
